Poland was a phase of high-stakes execution and strategic clarity. At Citibank, I led over 25 prepaid card programs across EMEA and APAC, achieving 100% client retention during a massive migration from Citibank to Wirecard—a transition between two distinct entities that demanded precision, trust, and proactive communication. Alongside this, I gained exposure to the fuel payments ecosystem through a brief engagement with Shell, expanding my understanding of transactional environments in the energy sector. This chapter solidified my ability to lead under pressure, simplify complexity across borders, and build systems that scale with integrity.

Germany was a strategic crucible. In Munich, I operated at the heart of payments infrastructure during a period of intense scrutiny and transition. This chapter was a leap into the future of finance. At Vodeno, I led the creation of a Customer Success function from the ground up, managing relationships that accounted for 73% of company revenue. But the real transformation came from operating inside a BaaS ecosystem—where agility, compliance, and scalability had to coexist. I didn't just managed client accounts, I architected trust. Navigating API-driven infrastructure, regulatory nuance, and high-growth velocity, I helped turn complexity into clarity and scale into service.
